This allowed us to have a fully functioning kitchen again in a timely fashion which was important since we had guests coming to stay. "Brian was very thorough in learning the electrical layout of my house. He patiently tracked down the problem to an old outlet that wasn't wired correctly by previous owners. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how things work or should work in relation to my electrical problems. It was a pleasure to have him in my house and by the time he left he had a "to do" list for future visits which we will be scheduling soon."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
