Mark advised me of what his inspection would include and got right to work. He must have been on my roof for almost an hour. When he returned he advised me that he saw no signs of damage. He did tell me my roof had lost a lot of granules which had collected in my gutters. Additionally, Mark showed me several pictures taken on his phone and explained any issues or concerns that he had. He concluded that my roof should be good for another 5 – 10 years depending on storms. Overall, Mark’s professionalism and knowledge shone through the entire process. Nice Job."

"I met Bes Tex by luck as the sub contractor to Lowe's for a roof replacement which is pending the install. During the on-site inspection for that install, I cited many of the issues I know need repair. Bill with Bes Tex understood my goal in replacing the roof was to arrive with at the end of the project with new skylights and the rotted exterior of the chimney repaired. Bes Tex bid on the rebuilding of the chimney and sourced the skylights. The job Bes Tex performed was according to specs and their customer service was excellent. I had never had a roof replaced before, but Brad Kanning, the supervisor, was very good at explaining the process with insurance, possible issues that may surface as the job progresses, roof options and features and what to expect after all is done. The whole process was very smooth and easy. The roof was replaced in less than two days. The crew was courteous, cleaned up everything after they were done and even fixed my porch that had water damage (at no charge). It's been over two months, and the roof looks beautiful."

"The two roofing technicians told me what they were going to do to repair my roof and set about doing their repairs without delay. <br /> The main supervising technician also climbed up on my house roof and walked all over it to inspect it and see if there might be any other repairs necessary. Then, the technicians removed the faulty flashing which had been improperly installed by my home builder's untrained framer. Shingles which had holes in them were removed and several new asphalt shingles were installed to replace the old singles which had nail holes in them.  Next, the old flashing was completely removed and new, higher grade metal flashing was installed to replace the old flashing. Finally, new sealant was applied to make sure that the repaired roof was completely water proof.   <br /> After the repair work  was done, the supervising roof technician showed me exactly what had been done with photos that he had taken with his tablet camera. He said if any more leakage occurred, they would return to take care of it, but he believed that the leak was effectively repaired. The very next day, we had another hard rain storm in the La Grange, TX, Fayette County area, and my repaired roof no longer leaked into the sheet rock ceiling or into the window frames of my breakfast room bay window. I'm very satisfied with the work done by Vincent's Roofing.   <br /> I wish I had called them sooner rather than waiting for the roofer who put the original roof on my house two and a half years ago. <br /> That roofer refused to back up his own work, and his delay had made the damage from the roof leak even worse.
