"These guys were right on the ball with coming out and taking over my problem. I had extensive roof damage from the storm and water damage was next for the inside of our house as well. They knew what to do, how to do it, and made life a whole lot better. My repair was perfect and the new roof was on quickly. "The owner was responsive to provide a bid and started work on the agreed upon day. The foundation repair seems to be of good quality and I would recommend them for this type of repair. They work met all expectations for this portion of the project. We included a small tuck pointing project on a wall and masonry refinishing of a porch step as part of the contract. This small part of the project overshadows the entire job based on the poor quality of work. The pictures below show the tuck pointing AFTER the first attempt to fix the problem. They did not even touch the worst bricks at the top and poorly applied masonry on the bottom part as shown in the picture. On the step, they patched the a portion that was flaking and left the remainder of the step untouched. The owner said he didn't think we had agreed to fix the whole step (why would anyone only patch one foot of a six foot step? ...and it was specified in the contract). He made the requested repairs after the first attempt and less than two weeks later, the second picture shows the end results. It crumbled like sand without touching it! I emailed the owner and asked how he would like to handle the situation and he never responded back. Masonry work is not their specialty....Floors Sag and Shake doesn't apply to masonry! I don't normally write reviews, but I can't let this go without sharing."

"Bill reached out to me within minutes of needing an emergency roof repair. I am out of state and my grandmother had a leak that almost caused her Fire alarm to short and could ve caused a fire. I explained this to him and he said he d be there within 30 mins. He showed up, fixed the problem, and even put the fire alarm back up for her. He also gave me a courtesy call to let me know he had finished the job. I really appreciate this last min. Service, especially since I had to scramble to find someone before the rain came again. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
