"Hugh Keith and son are truly professional. Hugh Keith III did assessment, printed pictures on the spot, provided an exacting estimate and explained process. Hugh Keith Jr. foremaned the effort, taking the time to call, text and email situational updates. Roof was started on Monday. Upon completion of the back effort, Mr. Keith provided pictures and description of what was to follow. Front roof including slates was completed Tuesday with pictures, phone call, text and email. I was worried about them messing up my front yards or patio furniture. Not a sign of any work being done either day. In fact, they hauled away old satilitte dishes and old slate peallings that was all over the porch roof. Outstanding service. Highly recommended, especially for DC homes. Called others roofers, but Keith and Company's responsiveness and initial customer service sold me. I was not disappointed after enlisting their work. 5 year warrantee, but they told me I probably would not have to worry about the roof again and I believe them. Highly recommended."

Cameron gave the comfort of trusting him with the process he detailed. Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent. The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. Last but not the least. a member of the Pond team came after two weeks of installation to scan for any nails that may be there. Thank you amazing Pond Team!"

"I needed to replace an old townhouse roof damaged by high winds. My experience with Roofing & More from my first contact with Marie was outstanding. Dwayne came a few days later and provided an estimate, complete explanation of roofing options and company polices, the insurance, license, pamphlets and documents. He also had a crew come out, the next morning, to put up some tarps. Angie keep me completely up-to-date on the project and scheduling, I was never left in the dark wondering about what was happening. Rob, Operations Manager, came out for a pre-construction meeting to explain exactly what and how the crew would perform the replacement, safety methods, home protection, cleanup and photo documentation during construction. On the day the work was performed the amazing hard working crew, led by Armando, worked as prescission drill team, continuously non-stop. "Rich was amazing. This job was very difficult. Because of the configuration of my house, there was only one spot in the closet where the tube would go thru. Another contractor told me that the job was impossible, because of obstables both between closet floor and dining room ceiling and closet ceiling and roof. Rich managed to install the Solatube and avoid all the obstacles. It was really amazing what he was able to do. I am not easily impressed with contractors, but Rich was great. He is clearly an expert in his trade."
