"I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. "From start to finish this was a GREAT experience. As a woman, and since we were not having issues with our tank I was nervous about having someone come out. I called at least 7 other septic companies and even went to the environmental health department office for help. Skyline not only offered the most affordable price but had the best customer service. The lady I spoke with on the phone went above and beyond to reassure me and to answer all of my questions even when at first I was only looking for an inspection. I ended up calling back the following day to schedule our inspection and pumping and the same lady answered the phone. Again she was very nice and reassuring and even offered to help me get my letter the same day if possible. She said that the guys could come out within a couple of hours and that I did not even have to be home and was able to pay over the phone. By the time I got home there were 2 gentleman in my backyard already looking for our septic tank. Again, as a woman who was home alone this could be a nervous situation but these were the kindest men I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were fast efficient, and a joy to have at the house. They answered all of my (and my 4 year old sons) questions with a smile and told us everything we ever wanted to know about the septic system. I would recommend this company to anyone and look forward to using them again!"
