"Mario installed a new drip irrigation system to replace the old broken sprinklers, and he installed a new front yard based on my design. He carefully reviewed the design and recommended some alternatives to the plants/sizes called for in the design. These changes saved me money and would require less maintenance which was important because I was tired of maintaining a front lawn. Mario was a super professional, he responsed promptly to messages and kept me advised of his schedule so i knew where he was in the job and what was coming next. He takes tremendous pride in his work and actually did most of it himself. The workspace was left clean each evening and in just a few days I had a beautiful new yard and irrigation system. I have never been so pleased with a contractor and recommend Mario highly."

"First Rate Irrigation responded to my request right away and did a thorough and professional job. My gardeners had tried several times to fix those sprinklers and failed. First Rate Irrigation spent hours diagnosing, but then fixed all the different areas in one day (including digging down to repair two pipes, replacing 15 sprinkler heads and adjusting all the timing to save water). Canâ t say if they were the cheapest as I didnâ t get other estimates, but Iâ d certainly recommend them to anyone. Polite, clean and friendly too⠦⠦and not afraid to get wet if thatâ s what it takes, even on a cold morning."

"Replaced my plants and lawn. Rerouted some sprinkler piping where needed. Small concrete extension and tied my downspouts to my underground drains. Worked uninterrupted until project was complete. Was very thorough and cleaned up each day. Would recommend them highly."

"Great job fast and friendly persons thank you Juan Flores and workers"

"Jorge was very accommodating. I negotiated the price and he willingly accepted without hustle including our request to have it done right away. They did a very good job. We are impressed with the speed and thoroughness of their work. Good job!"

"Benjamin was knowledgeable, efficient and a hard worker. He got our 14 year old sprinklers, valves and drip system working again. Very happy with his work at a reasonable price. Would have given a 5 star but needs to work on being on time. Even though traffic was problematic at times."

"He is very reasonable. He is hardworking. He is easily available when we need him. We used him for emergency service and he came in the same day. We started using him once a week."

"Very timely, nice, easy, and did a great job."
