The quote was right (not the lowest but well below the highest) and the prospect of “dust free” was appealing. In addition, since we have a small house the description of how and where they would put our furniture including a piano during the project sounded good, and finally Jerry suggested replacing a couple of floor vents with covers that would be flush with the floor—all part of the attractive quote.
