"Matt Bennet with 3D Decks removed an existing screened in porch, added to and did deck repairs/rebuilding, then rebuilt installed the new screened in porch. From the start, Matt arrived on time and as scheduled, listened to what I wanted done, and with open two way discussions, worked with me to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted. "Southern Yankee came highly recommended from a family friend when my pipes burst. After I had reached out to several plumbers and quoted was outrageous rates and wait times, I reached out to Southern Yankee. Rich and his team member showed up same day and was able to quickly fix my burst pipe. He was professional and efficient. I have hired him several times since for various projects around the house he has installed new faucets, and a repaired a leaky toilet. I highly recommend him for any of your handyman needs, especially plumbing!"
