This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. I said that couldn't possible work, since my gutters (in Massachusetts) would be frozen over by then. The person (computer?) I spoke to said they would put me on the "urgent" list and try to get to me earlier. Now Jan 1 has come and gone and no workmen have appeared and no one has contacted me from Ned Stevens. What kind of outfit is this? My gutters are completely frozen over and I'm afraid we'll develop an ice jam on the roof. I am 85 years old, and my husband is 89 and has Alzheimers."
