"Scott came to my sisters house to diagnose and repair a washer that was trickling cold water. He told her that the machine was not getting water and the problem was the valve and plumbing feeding the hoses. Call a plumber. I went there an had a look thinking that that was unusual to be blocked with public water and pressure. I disconnected the hoses from the washer and put them into the tub and turned the water back on. The wasn't a flow problem. It was the cold water solenoid on the machine that quit working. It is an electronically controlled valve. Kaput. I ordered one and replaced very easily. I called Scott and thought I'd tell him what the problem was. I wasn't angry, just gave him a call. I wasn't expecting him to raise his voice in defense of his misdiagnosis and what he charged. He told me she was lucky that I hadn't charged full price. lol. I said she was lucky that she didn't waste more money having a plumber tell her that there wasn't a water supply problem. I really wasn't expecting him to get loud and defensive. I thought he might be humble, admit a mistake and possibly offer a refund. But was told that he did her a favor only charging her $89.00."

He always went over exactly exactly what he would be doing that day, to be certain it was exactly what I wanted. In short, I was extremely happy with the work Wes performed and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be reaching out to Wes specifically if I ever need anymore painting done."
