Our smoke detectors were going off in the house, and the technician told us carbon monoxide was leaking from the HVAC. Our smoke detectors only detect smoke/fire and they were going off due to a loose wire in one of the detectors. Becht Givens quoted us $10,000-$12,000 for a new HVAC because they "detected" carbon monoxide and that's why the smoke detectors were going off. They came out before a huge winter storm, turned the heat off in the house, and told us to pay for a replacement and they couldn't do anything else for us. Thankfully I called another company, and they assured us that carbon monoxide was not the issue and fixed our actual issue. This company is out for money and I will never use them again. I called to ask for a refund on the $99 dispatch fee and they refused a refund. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!"
