"Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."

I had another company coming the next morning and I cancelled. My son in law was going to do the job himself so we had a general idea of what to expect. Joe’s estimate was very fair. They were able schedule us for the end of the following week which worked well with us. The fencing was delivered and workers were ready to go. I met Mike the other owner that day. The crew worked very hard and knew what they were doing. It was extremely hot (over 90 degrees) but they worked at a fast pace. The end result was fantastic. It changed our yard and modernized it.
