"Gary, Deb, Marta, Larry, and Sam were exceptional.   <br /> Larry came out to measure and look at the property.  He arrived a few minutes early for an 8 am appointment.  He introduced himself, gave me his business card, and shook my hand.  Very professional and accommodating. <br /> All of my contact with Deb was very efficient and pleasant.  Another asset to your organization.  She was friendly, personable and professional. <br /> Marta and I only communicated a couple of times; she too, was great. <br /> Gary (the owner) came out for a final look before the work started.  It is very reassuring to have someone with his experience and expertise come out to review the project.  We met to sign papers after he took a look at the job, and I felt like I was in the company of a friend.  He patiently answered all of my questions.  Another pro.  :-) <br /> On installation day, Sam and his crew were on time and got right to work.  When I asked him if they could start the install at a certain place in the yard he replied "no problem, I'm glad you mentioned it because we want to do what's right for you".  Wow. <br /> The second day of the install was the Friday before the blizzard.  Sam and his assistants stayed until after dark to finish up and clean up the property. <br /> We had coffee available for the installers and they expressed their appreciation over and over. <br /> In summary, this company is excellent.  Not one time was anyone late, rude, condescending or impolite.  Every time I asked if they could do something, the answer was "yes, sure, we can do that!".  An outstanding experience, a gorgeous fence for a fair price!!   <br /> (And no one complained about dog poo in the yard)  :-) <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I can't tell you how happy my wife and I are with our new fence. I got several quotes for this job and all the companies said they wouldn't be able to install my fence until mid October. When I called Mike he found time to come out right away to give me an estimate. Before I made my decision I read all the reviews of the fence companies I was considering. Alphonso showed up bright and early Tuesday morning 20 minutes early ready to start working. His team was very cool. Because I still had questions about how I should have my fence gates open and where I wanted everything positioned. They were very patient with me and helped me make the best decision on how we should set up the fencing. During installation I notice one of the panels had the dent in it that must off happen during shipping. I texted Mike a picture and he didn't hesitate to run a new panel down right away. I would recommend Mike to anyone that asks for a quality fencing company. I know with Mike if you ever have a problem with your fence he will answer and do his best to help you out. Getting a new fence for your house is a huge investment and I'll take quality and great customer service over saving a couple bucks any day. In the long run it will more than pay off."

When the material arrived Sergi placed us on his work calendar and when the day came showed up and finished the job in just two days, faster than I thought it would get done. During installation Sergi was in touch with me the whole time in asking us how we wanted the fence placed or how it should run in certain areas of the yard where not level or there were obstructions.
