I gave her the specs of the unit & she calmly took notes for the technician. Jimmy texted on his way, arrived timely & had all the necessary parts stocked in the truck! He completed the changeout in record time & accepted credit card payment. The entire process couldn't have went any smoother! The new Zoeller unit runs so quiet, I don't hear it at all in the house. After seeing the shooting plume of water, I informed Craig the SM & his followup exceeded my expectations. Great team to work with; excellent service, fair price! Ten Stars!"

"Excellent workmanship. Timely completion of a very big job. The jackhammered out 1/4 of our basement floor which was elevated from the rest and in need of repair. In addition they installed a new French drain and applied a vapor barrier and insulation on our crawl space. Our home built in 1888 (yes prior to 1900) now has a warm dry basement. Oh and they added venal windows and sealed all the walls with clean white paint. Nicely done. Very satisfied with all their recommendations and workmanship. Thank you !! "We expanded the scope of work from just a tear out and replacement of tiles/sub-floor in the shower stall to a full bathroom demolition (due to water damage of the bathroom sub-floor). I received the quote, asked for certain costs to be listed as 'adders' (since the insurance company wouldn't pay for these changes), and then submitted this quote to my insurance company for approval to proceed with the job. My insurance company called D. Burgo and asked about the costs itemized for the job. The next day I received a call from D. Burgo's owner saying that it was a 'waste of his time' speaking to my insurance company, and it 'was not appreciated' for me to share the quote with my insurance company. The owner advised that he had been a plumber for 33-years and he never wastes his time on answer questions or itemizing quotes for a job like this without his customer's deposit and an approval to proceed with the work. In summary, if you want to get a detailed quote and ask questions about the work scope proposed by this company, I recommend you go elsewhere. The fact that I, as a customer, was yelled out (LITERALLY) by the owner for having questions about the quote is a representation of this company's view of 'Customer Service.'"

"They showed up an hour after I called diagnosed the problem within minutes of being here he was EXTREMELY knowledgable and started working immediately after we agreed on the size pump and tank. He has all the supplies with him which was awesome he didn't have to leave for anything. He was awesome very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone that has any kind of well issue. His pricing was the lowest to so its a no brainier choice. He will definitely get all my work and family and friends for future reference."
