"Mr. Fournett did a great job keeping me informed as to the status of my parts. He called after they were ordered, and again when thy were received ( a couple of days later) to schedule the install appointment. Both the intital diagnostic appt and the follow up install were easily scheduled to my availability. M. Fournett was very easy to work with and I will use him again when I need an appliance repaired. And even thoguh both the downdraft vent system and the microwave are iver 10 years old, he had no problem diagnosing yhe issues, aquiring the parts, and making the repairs.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"I had them come out to fix my thermador stove which had broken likely because another company had not placed the correct ignition part and more damage was done. While it took a bit to order the parts, the service was very good (Travis). While there repairing the stove, he also looked at one of my refridgerators which broke and I was told I needed a mother board to fix it.  The board was in stock and was replaced in 24 hours. Oddly, my other refridgerator (same brand and size) had the same thing happen to it 3 weeks before and a different company charged me $150 more and took one week to get the part."
