Ray, who is part of the sales force, sat down with us and explained how the entire process would go. She was straightforward and honest and the price point was appreciated. John, who is an office manager, kept in constant contact with us during the down time between the estimate and the install. He was very prompt with replies to all of our inquiries. Lain, who was the lead installer, was very professional and went above and beyond with the install, as well as the materials. He even offered to spread dirt to help level the look. Due to upcoming projects, however, this was not necessary. It was a welcomed gesture.
