"It went Outstanding! This was a very positive experience from start to finish. The estimator was punctual, and professional. He kept his appointment when others were cancelling because of a little rain. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. He followed up and communicated with me over several weeks both via email and telephone. When I selected WT Anderson to perform the work, the office personnel were excellent to work with. They scheduled the job around my schedule and answered all of my questions in the days leading up to the actual work. The crew doing the work was great as well. Very friendly and accommodating, open communication during the entire job. The crew leader communicated with me throughout the job about every aspect of the job to be sure I was happy with the progress. They completed the job in a day and cleaned up at the end. I had a lot of bad plywood requiring replacement, and they took care of that as well. After the job was complete, I had some concerns with some plywood around the chimney. WT Anderson wanted me to be completely satisfied, so they came back, removed the roofing from that area, replaced the plywood and re-roofed the area. They made no attempt to talk me out of it, or to tell me the wood there was OK. They repeatedly told me they wanted me to be completely satisfied. They even came out a third time when I found a shingle on the ground after a storm. The shingle was not from the roof but probably one that was overlooked during the cleanup. But they went on the roof to inspect and ensure there was no problems. I could go on, but suffice it to say you will not be disappointed if you hire this company. I rarely say I am 100% satisfied with a contractor's work, but in this case I am 100% satisfied. I will definitely hire WT Anderson again."

"Siding installation for my residence came out great! Installation went smoothly!"

"My experience with Quality Built Exteriors ("QBX") was very good. While other fence companies stated that it would be 10-12 weeks to start my privacy fence replacement project, QBX started in 2 weeks. Ray, my QBX sales representative, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive during all phases of my project. Also, Rich, the construction crew chief, and his guys did an outstanding job of removing and replacing my wood privacy fence. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Thank you!"

"I requested quotes from 5 different companies. I chose United Exteriors because they honest and offered a fair price. They work was done beautifully and Mike was very involved making sure everything was done right. I was very stressed about trying to make sure I chose a good company, since it was so important to me that the work was done right on my home, and I am so glad I chose United Exteriors. Seriously these guys are pros, and I couldnâ t be happier with the work done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking at having to replace a roof."

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep. gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! The price below includes guttering and fascia. Financing is available."

"My deck need to be recovered. When the old wood was removed, the structural deficiencies were identified and corrected and some needed upgrades were done beautifully. I now have a deck that is structurally sound and is visually appealing. We are going to enjoy this outdoor living spaces again! Mr.Smith and his son listened and responded quickly to my concerns. The lead carpenter did a fantastic job and his dedication to "doing it right" became evident immediately. The work done and the cleanup process definitely met my expectations. Would definitely use this contractor again."

"Bryan and his crew were professional and meticulous. They kept working on the project after discovering our upper porch was completely rotted out. They really saved our home and made it beautiful again . Great Craftsmanship! I would definitely hire Ripwood customs again!"

"Jeff showed up on time and did his work professionally. He recommended replacing 4 vent covers due to splitting or rotting and gave me an estimate for that. He was gentlemanly and well-informed, didn't try to upsell things that weren't needed. I was aware of the deteriorating vent flanges because I had recently had my chimney cover replaced and the pro who did that notified me of their condition. I felt like Mighty Hands did what they were contracted to do in a way that made me confident of their work."
