"It went Outstanding! This was a very positive experience from start to finish. The estimator was punctual, and professional. He kept his appointment when others were cancelling because of a little rain. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. He followed up and communicated with me over several weeks both via email and telephone. When I selected WT Anderson to perform the work, the office personnel were excellent to work with. They scheduled the job around my schedule and answered all of my questions in the days leading up to the actual work. The crew doing the work was great as well. Very friendly and accommodating, open communication during the entire job. The crew leader communicated with me throughout the job about every aspect of the job to be sure I was happy with the progress. They completed the job in a day and cleaned up at the end. I had a lot of bad plywood requiring replacement, and they took care of that as well. After the job was complete, I had some concerns with some plywood around the chimney. WT Anderson wanted me to be completely satisfied, so they came back, removed the roofing from that area, replaced the plywood and re-roofed the area. They made no attempt to talk me out of it, or to tell me the wood there was OK. They repeatedly told me they wanted me to be completely satisfied. They even came out a third time when I found a shingle on the ground after a storm. The shingle was not from the roof but probably one that was overlooked during the cleanup. But they went on the roof to inspect and ensure there was no problems. I could go on, but suffice it to say you will not be disappointed if you hire this company. I rarely say I am 100% satisfied with a contractor's work, but in this case I am 100% satisfied. I will definitely hire WT Anderson again."

"I first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training ."

"We had reached out to several other companies to get a quote on replacing our gutters, rotted trim work, soffits and porch ceilings/columns. Once we spoke with Gerald Massengil, we knew who we wanted to go with. I believe we completely made the right choice, he was very through in the quote and made sure everything we wanted (i.e. style & color) was exactly what we wanted and that we would be happy. In the COVID world we are currently in, my wife and I were prepared for an installation several weeks/months down the road. Gerald called several days later and asked if they could start the next morning? Um...yes please! The crew was very prompt, professional, and efficient! "Bill showed up with Jorge and helper. They completed some caulking of nails and replaced a torn shingle in roof cap. In addition Bill recommended some maintenance on two chimneys to reattach some flashing and new collars around four roof vents. The nail caulking didn't fix the leak in roof. A reassessment discovered a "soft" spot in the roof and a J- channel that was not carrying water away but banking it against the side of the house. Douglass manufactured a nifty little metal dam that he placed behind the J channel to carry water away from the house. After replacing plywood and shingles in "soft" spot ,a water test of the roof proved the recalcitrant leak of maybe 10 years or more was finally fixed at a reasonable price. Also, good to get the maintenance of chimneys and vent collars."
