The cons: concrete took too long apparently due to the limited availability of the concrete and the concrete crew. Pros: Hector presented a straightforward quote (all details in writing), which included a payment schedule consisting of progress payments for the project, we kept seeing results as we made incremental payments, and the crew was getting paid as they completed the work as promised."
