"I've used Sonny builders to remodel our kitchen and they did an excellent job. Provided excellent service, excellent workmanship. They clean up after themselves. They are very respectful and we had good conversation that's why I'm using them again to remodel our bathroom. They explained everything that need to be done. They made me understand what are the steps they're going to do and I witnessed that. They followed everything what's in the contract. The outcome was so lovely that I very like. "We interviewed several general contractors before the project, but after meeting TIM at RCD we were sold. He is a great people person and we trusted his integrity immediately. He did not disappoint! That is obviously why he has been in the business for 40 years. It was a very big job and we are thrilled with the results. There are a couple of things that really stand out. 1. Tim and his entire crew were great and always willing to accommodate our constantly changing plans. Sometimes, when we wanted to upgrade the original plans, there were of course change orders. But often, our requests were made with simply a smile and the results were always exactly as we hoped. 2. Tim would often visit our project and he and his Forman Art were always on the same page. We have never seen a harder working group than the crew on our project. 3. Sometimes, we would be unsatisfied with a particular part of the project, but our comments, no matter how minuscule would be fixed until we were more than pleased. 4. Nearing completion of our project, Art would work long hours making sure every detail was completed properly. He and Tim constantly let us know that they weren't happy until we were happy. And that is exactly how the entire project proceeded to completion. We are so thrilled with the result that we have scheduled phase 2 to remodel the other two bathrooms and laundry room. No telling what our future plans will be but we will call RCD Construction first. If you are looking for a contractor to give you a high quality remodel, we highly recommend RCD Construction."

"I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project.
