They actually left us a big box full of manuals and instructions, so the info. might be somewhere in there. God works in mysterious ways... I really needed an irrigation specialist to teach me how to use the system and, most importantly, to Winterize the system when the time comes. Pedro wrote my name and all contact info for me to become a new customer. He also walked me through the whole setup of the system and found one leaking pipe, which he immediately fixed. Fournier stood out as the best from our initial contact, to the detail of the estimate and plan, to the quality of their work. A special mention to the point person on the job Adam M. He was prompt and thorough answering all questions. If he said something would happen by a certain date, it happened. Fournier also went the extra mile installing lighting conduit for an outdoor lighting system we had installed by the also excellent Bahler Brothers. I didn't have to coordinate anything, the two companies worked together seamlessly. A week or two after the system was installed, Adam came back to make sure it was working properly and I understood how to use the app to set programs etc. First rate from start to finish."

They know what to do to help trees do their best! They pruned our large trees out front, one large limb removal, and did some fertilizer applications. Just having him walk around my yard to see how my other trees were doing was SO helpful, a few little pieces of advice he gave me about how to take care of them were awesome. His advice to add a cable to support to a few precarious limbs were just the advice I was looking for."

"We have a contract with them that we do every year where they itemize the things we need to do the services I have described. Then we pay them for the entire contract on a pre-buy basis. It averages out about $375 yearly for the maintenance part. When we need special other things done that were not included on the list we talk to them and negotiate a price beforehand. They are extremely professional and efficient. I hardly know that they are around except for my dog barks. They have been doing this for us for about 10 or 15 years. We had a major tree come down after a hurricane and they are extremely good at what they do. They give great advice in terms of when I think I want something done. They will tell me it is not a good idea and then give me the reasons instead of just collecting money for the job. We have trees that are over 100 years old and some of them die so it is really hard when we have to cut them down. They tell me what the thing to do for any situation I encounter so they are knowledge, efficient and on time. Unless there is a storm or something they come when they are supposed to. They are extremely good. My husband usually talks with the owner and he always raves about Woodbridge."
