"A monthly charge, if it snows or not, Already made two monthly payments did not get the first snowfall until the Second week of January. They epically failed never cleaned. The approaches to the doorways called customer service said theyâ d send somebody right back out never showed call them again they said oh theyâ ve been there already. no, they have not Iâ m looking at the snow piled up in front of the door they where never here it makes me wonder why was I paying for the services if theyâ re not gonna clean the approach to the house and then they push the snow up in front of my stairway to made matters worse would not recommend them for anybody. Would like to see the owner of the company would appreciated the job done by their employees. Do they do that at their place!! Why would you Pay for Snow Removel, and not have it cleaned to the approaches to the house. Terrible service."
