"The cabinets themselves were very well made, but the process and other aspects of the experience were less than great. Michael didn't pay much attention to the detailed drawings or project parameters provided by the designer, and didn't verify as-built conditions. As a result one of the cabinets was incorrectly sized and some floating shelves I provided were incorrectly installed. Because they hadn’t been included in the original quote, I had to pay an additional fee. Additionally ,communication and adherence to promised schedule and deadlines was inconsistent. Michael is a nice guy and I can tell he’s capable of doing some very good work, but I wouldn’t hire him again based on this experience."

He designed the project exactly to our specifications (fitting it perfectly in our kooky old house!) and revised the design thoughtfully based on our feedback. During install, he and his team were friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. The whole time, they made sure the project matched our needs and vision. "Quentin was extremely detail-oriented. He built us a white oak slatted wood divider in our living room, a bench, a wood detail on our staircase and a built in next to our fireplace. Our house is a full renovation but the floors are not completely even â he put in a lot of thought (and engineering thinking) into building the wall and assembling it at our house (it was a challenging piece of work!) He was responsive and helped us think through every detail. Any project that requires a good amount of creativity and engineering is a great fit for Quentin."

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."
