"Lermon did excellent work. They worked very hard and diligently to dig down to the basement floor level on the outside, then repointed, applied appropriate mortar and water sealing layers. They then installed a french drain to divert the water from the hill behind the house to pass the house and flow into the front yard. They then repointed the inside walls and added a layer of paint that will also help lower the humidity. Communication was very good. This is the 2nd time I hired them and I would strongly recommend them."

He seal coated our 63’ driveway making sure not to damage the grass, flowerbeds, and walls at the entrance to the driveway with the seal coat.
