Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "Vladimir and his team installed carpet, leveled cement floor, waterproofed and layer down LVT flooring . It was a basement apt and many issues cropped up during the project none though that they couldnâ t handle . It was truly a joy to work with Vladimir his confidence,cheerful attitude made this difficult job much less stressful than it could of been. Always available for questions came back to the house repeatedly to discuss, brainstorm and fix issues ( due to conditions) . As a property manager Iâ ve rarely seen this kind of attention paid and would recommend him highly. His pricing is fair and I feel like I got a bargain in that he didnâ t charge a penny over even with all the extra time he had to put in."

"I had a very positive experience with Mr. Hoang Duong and his highly skilled team. They did an excellent job of installing 1100 square feet of hardwood in my apartment, and they did it on the time-table that they promised. They removed carpets and solved the problem of gluing the wood to exposed concrete. They solved whatever problems that arose and they moved some furniture for me. Overall an outstanding result."

"I did not like the job timing. The workers showed up on a Friday at 6:00 P.M. to start the job of removing the old floor. The returned Saturday morning to complete the installation of the new floor. Although it was an excellent job done with very good materials I did not appreciate it taking two days instead of the one day promised by the salesman. Also you have to pay for the warranty, in reality Empire does not warranty anything. The workers did do a professional job in every respect Empire should limit their work load so they don't arrive so late to start a job."
