Estenio is a licensed construction supervisor and skilled master carpenter who has built, renovated, and restored some of the most beautiful homes in Massachusetts. Sara, the daughter of a contractor, is a lawyer by training and holds both a construction supervisor and real estate broker license. She began her career in real estate and construction in 2018, first by focusing on her family’s portfolio of properties. Sara manages over 150 homes and apartments in Cambridge, Charlestown, and Quincy.
