"They did a great job helping us getting the insurance approval for a new roof. Tracy, the sales rep, even came out to meet with my insurance adjuster. Communication about what to do next and preparing for the crew to come was good. The problem was when the roofers were actually here. Mainly, that they had two inch nails punch threw an exposed wood ceiling. They apologized, removed the nails, and filled the nail holes. After coming out twice in attempt to match the stained beams, it was just looking worse! The guy was getting stain splashed and on my walls, spilled on the cement in my yard., I called the project supervisor and they apologized again, said itâ s not their fault because the sales rep never told them about exposed ceiling. I wasnâ t trying to assign blame, I only wanted it fixed. Since their attempts to fix was only making it look worse, I got an estimate to cover their attempts to repair with drywall. I asked that they meet me half way on the repair of $2050.00. They said the best they could do was $200. Disappointing, but accepted, and I paid the rest for the repair. Another disappointing thing was that when they came back to re attach the gutters, a week later, they did a horrible job. In particular there is one area where the gutter is slanted and leaning towards the house. My husband said he will fix it himself, for fear of having them come out again to â fix itâ Overall, they did a great sales job, getting the roof repair approved, the roof looks great. However, I think they couldâ ve meet me half way on price of repairing their misfortunate mistake."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

Very well. The damage to the roof was more than anticipated. Once this was discovered, Greg stopped the work in progress and reported the state of affairs to us. Greg adjusted his schedule while we got a roofing repair estimate. The wait time I got for roofing support was on the order of weeks, not days. This is long to be waiting with an exposed roof during the summer in Florida. Greg set us up with a roofer who could do the repair in days after discovering my finding. The repair has been tested now by almost a month of Florida rains and appears to be good, I would definitely use Affordable Screening and Aluminum Repairs, Inc. again.
