He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"Chad is a fabulous representative for the company.  Initial sales meetings are my least favorite thing and Chad was extremely helpful and honest.  Chad arrived promptly and asked me what I was looking for.  I let him know I was not sure if I was going to keep or sell the house in a year or two but that it needed repair.  Twin Cities Siding Professionals only offer top quality products and so this was not a good fit as it is a big investment at $40k when I might move soon and my home is on the lower end of the price spectrum.  Chad was extremely honest and ultimate customer satisfaction was more important to him than the sale.
