He arrived on time and inspected the areas in need of repair. He was able to provide a competitive estimate the next day. I negotiated with him and came to an agreement. "Don't call any other company, before calling Miles for any drywall or anything else you need done around your home. Before I could finish clicking Submit on Angi, Miles was already on the phone calling me to come and quote the job. He gave me a estimate over the phone and since that was less than what I was expecting I hired Contracting Miles LLC. Even though it was Fathers Day, he showed up and fixed our dry wall issue, and patched it. Flawless work and talk about customer service. He gave his employees the day off for Fathers Day and came early and completed the job himself. That was unexpected (I did tell him he could wait and take the day off) but he insisted on getting us taken care of. "We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."
