The Rodgers Decor people were very helpful in the selection of the material, and the installation was well done. They did have to come back to fix a few things, including the shoe guard below the dish washer, but they did that promptly. There was also some confusion over the billing since we paid for part of the installation ourselves (for an upgrade to what the insurance would cover and to get the flooring in our utility room), and the Rodgers Decor people helped get it resolved and wrote a letter of clarification. They did point out the flooring we bought was especially soft, which we wanted, and it wouldn't be as durable, and we have found it to be easy to damage, but they did forewarn us. "At that point it was fairly early in the process and I still was having some sticker shock, so I actually think they were fairly priced. I didn't end up using them but I did end up paying fairly close to what they had estimated. Compared to some other estimates I got they were on the lower side. I thought they were very professional because, really, what they are is a contractor basically, and they sub-contract out the different specialties. The guy I talked to was not the guy who was going to be doing the work. But they were very professional and I would use them.
