"BHC replaced the roof on my house recently due to damage from a bad wind storm. Brandyn and crew did an amazing job! He helped me navigate dealing with insurance and even worked with them directly to get everything settled. When his crew left after finishing the work, the cleanup was impeccable, It looked like they'd never been here (aside from the new roof), as it should be. They even came back out to do another yard sweep for nails to make sure none were missed the first time. I can't recommend them enough!"

"It went very well, the crew looked very nice clean cut. I must say first impressions mean a lot to me. The estimator was very profesional and well mannered. When the men showed up for work they were timely and efficient. There was no cursing or smoking which was a big plus in my book! The owner told me that all of the workers have been drug tested. "I was originally expecting a plumbing leak because I had leaking under the bathroom at my first story ceiling. Plumber came out and said it was a roof leak. My house is only 4 years old, so I was concerned. I called Helton and even before they came out, they explained some common causes of roof leaks in newer houses. They explained that flashing is often put together with caulk instead of welded together, and that they were welders by trade also, so they could do all of the work. They came out the day after I called and looked over the roof to determine the problem and give an estimate for free. At that time, they found that there were numerous nail holes in the roof and that the flashing had been put on backward. They said they could fix it for $250. I called back to have the work done within a few days, and again, they came right out the next day to do the work. On the day of, I realized they may also be the appropriate company to have repair our downspout that had come loose from the house and disconnected from itself in one spot due to the welding experience. I asked the day of if they could do that as well, and they added that on for an extra $50 without any hesitation. I wasn't home when they did the work, but I came home to find the downspout very securely fastened to the house in several spots and bolted together firmly at every joint, the way it should have been done initially by the builder! I was VERY pleased! We had a very heavy rain last night, and there is no leaking, so they appear to have done a great job with the roof as well!"

Can't say enough positive things about my experience with Window City from the initial meeting to the install. I was in need of replacing all 11 of my old metal windows in my ranch style home. After getting 4 different bids I choose Window City - what a great choice!! Greg walked me through the product details, the estimate was really the final cost!! Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable of their craft and VERY respective of my personal property both inside my home and outside. Ron and Elijah did the install - they are very hard working, know what they're doing, work very well together, professional, respective of property, cleaned up after they were done and I don't know how they managed to finish the job in the pouring rain. They kept everything dry but themselves. They should really be commended for their fantastic efforts to get the job done in one day!!

My home is now very soundproof, airtight, secure  and very pleasing to the eyes with the Vista Window.  I've already recommended Window City to my friends, neighbors and co-workers and will continue to do so.  Thank you Window City!!

"I picked a pattern on Friday April 11th. They started at 10:00 am Tuesday morning April 15th  and were completely finished at 7:45 pm.  I chose Hickory (it used to be Burnt Sienna) dimensional tab tiles. My roof was 19 years old and we had had issues with it since Ball Homes built the house. This is one beautiful roof and checking from the attic it looks like they did a fantastic job.  They did not use a nail gun or staples. They used good solid roofing tacks. I can't praise them enough. The crew was busy, and kept busy till my roof was done. I have a very steep roof. Nothing extra for that and they even vented for me. Good people. Great crew.
It went very quickly. I expected 2-2.5 days to complete. They finished in 1. The roof looks amazing.
