"We just remodeled our kitchen, and needed new countertops and sinks for both the kitchen and half bath. We had been shown a few samples at the store where we bought our cabinets, and chose one. We spoke with Oksana on the phone and she scheduled a time for us to come and pick out our stone. When we arrived we saw so many other beautiful options that we chose something different. The granite we picked was sold out, but Oksana immediately ordered some for us. Unfortunately, the granite got hung up in shipping and was not coming in when the supplier said it would. We discussed our options, and decided to pick again. Oksana provided us with the names of their suppliers in Louisville, and we went there and chose a new granite from tons of different stones. Oksana was very helpful and patient through the process. I sometimes have trouble making decisions on decorating, but she gave her opinion when asked and helped me decide. We had major problems with getting the correct cabinets from the store we bought them from, and Oksana and Victor were extremely flexible with re-scheduling to get our project completed as soon as possible. Victor and Alex had to come back three times to install the granite due to cabinets that had to be re-ordered and my husband forgetting to ask them to drill an air gap hole for the dishwasher. This could not have been convenient for them, but they were very gracious about it and returned in a very short period of time to complete the work. We had a very frustrating experience with our cabinet supplier, and Quality Stone Countertops did everything they could to make things better. Our countertops are beautiful and are my favorite part of the remodel. The employees of Quality Stone are true professionals who take pride in their work and do an excellent job. If everyone involved in our remodel had been as accommodating as them it would have been a dream project. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, and we will use them again when we remodel our other bathrooms. I am a perfectionist and expect quality work when I pay someone for a service, and quality was definitely what I got from them."

"After a poor experience with the contractor who installed granite countertops in my kitchen, I was looking for another contractor to install the counter in my half bath and a co-worker recommended Granite Masters. Since I was only looking to do a small vanity, I had to choose from their remnants, but they had the stone I was looking for to match my kitchen and their prices were so competitive that I decided to go ahead and do my guest bathroom as well. Everything went smoothly and the counters look great (even better than my kitchen). Very happy with their service and thrilled with their pricing on remnants. I know they had to order the stone from overseas, but I had to keep calling and following up with them to learn the status of my stone. "They came in and were professional and courteous.  They assessed what I needed done and they cleaned the carpets.  They moved the furniture and placed it on coasters so that it would not "bleed" onto the carpet.  They were super nice and did an excellent job."

They took a real interest in what I wanted and made a lot of helpful suggestions without pushing me in one way or another (something I really value). They allowed me to take home numerous samples and wanted to make sure I was "in love" with the counter top before I made any purchase. The only problem was they were not there at the original time they had scheduled but they did call and apologize and we agreed on another time that they did make. "This is more of a "wholesaler" than a retail shop. Therefore, some of the work is on the customer. However, the pricing is so attractive that it is worth your time and effort. The staff was a pleasure to work with. I just happened to arrive during a "remnant" sale and I was able to find a piece of granite for a bathroom vanity (approx 5 feet wide) in the remnant section. Including the labor for cutting, polishing, adding the under mount sink and the edging, the total price was $340. As the customer, I had to provide measurements for the cuts/which were final! My contractor was able to help me with the numbers. They were prompt on providing the finished produce (about one week). I am very happy with the final quality."
