I interviewed several other companies but chose Highland because the estimator gave me more flexible options and promptly answered questions I had after the initial interview. They arrived on time, completed the work as promised, carried off debris, and left the place looking better than it was before they came. "when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. "I called another local plumber first and just received an answering machine and did not get a return call. I called Bobby Hyatt after waiting 30 minutes and someone answered the phone. She let me know the service men where out on another call and that someone would call me back shortly. I got a call within 20 minutes to let me know roughly when the repair guys would be here. I also got a call letting me know they were on their way. When they arrived, they promptly figured out the problem and replaced the thermostats. It took them about 20 minutes. The total cost was $120. It was an $85 service fee and $35 for the parts. I will use them again when needed. <br />"

"We received 3 bids to install interior drain tile along two basement walls and install steel I beams to reinforce a section of bowing block wall.  Champion's bid was competitive, they were awarded the work and a start date for the project was determined (about 6 weeks out at the time).  Champion's office called 5 days prior to the start date to confirm plans.  The work took about 2 1/2 days to complete.  The crew showed up on time every day, was very courteous, and completed all the work per the bid.  They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived and hauled off all construction debris.  Overall, we were very happy with their work, and I would not hesitate to use them again. <br />"
