Observation during windy conditions showed excessive movement concentrated along one exterior wall. Test openings confirmed that field fasteners remained secure. Air was entering through unsealed deck flutes and gaps at the wall-to-roof transition, increasing pressure beneath the membrane. The alternatives were full replacement or a targeted correction based on an engineered attachment review. Because the existing roof was dry and had substantial service life remaining, the owner selected the localized work. The perimeter membrane was opened in controlled sections, the air paths were sealed, and additional perimeter securement was installed according to the approved layout. Warehouse aisles below stayed open except directly beneath each active area."

"John and his crew did a great job!. They showed up on time everyday and got the job done rain or shine. They re-sided my whole house installed a double hung window, bow window and glass slider. One of the windows were the wrong size and he was able to adapt and install a new header to make it work. Unfortunately John got into a motorcycle accident in the middle of the job but he stilled worked two days latter cutting siding for his crew. Great guy, polite, reasonable and easy to work with. Brian was extremely helpful picking out all the faucets,shower heads grab bar, and handle to complement the vanity. We loved that everything was picked out right there and to see it all put together. Mike then came with them to see our bathroom and helped us with all the little details. Demo was fast and efficient. Mike arranged everything so perfectly. First Herin the tile guy came and I never saw better tile work. He is amazing and meticulous. Don was extremely polite and so good at everything he did. "This is supposed to be a 4.5 Stars Rating. This job was done on March 11th, 2024 in Levittown, NY 11756. I had 7 double-hung vinyl windows installed. First salesman gets a total rating of 3.5 stars. He gets 5 stars for knowledge. He gets a 4 stars for presentation of the products. The presentation was too long. He spent more than 1 hour. He gets a 5 stars for thorough inspection. He also spent well over an hour for this, but it was necessary. However, he gets a 0 star for pricing options. Even after I repeatedly told him about how expensive window replacement is for this year. He failed to tell me that there exists the FLEX program which could have saved me a ton of money. Second saleswoman or sales manager gets a total rating of 5 stars. After I rejected the first offer for being overpriced, the sales manager came back to present me with the FLEX program. She gets a total rating of 5 stars just for giving me the customer a less expensive option to pay for these windows. She helped me save a ton of money. The installers. The older guy got a total rating of 4.5 stars (0.5 star off for splitting the wooden window frame and not replacing it until I made the request to the inspection manager). The younger guy got a total rating of 5 stars (He did everything perfectly). They arrived 15 minutes earlier than the expected time which was very professional. Even though they were not fluent in English, they worked diligently and responded to all questions and made all the remediation and corrections that I asked. Also, they kept the entire house very clean before and after the job. As of now the entire rating is a 4.5. But time will tell if this rating will stand."
