"I was pleased to have Carlos come out a week early and get the job done. We had a single story old roof that needed to be shingled. His crew came, ripped off the 2 layers and installed a new one. I will come back to them if I need more roofing done. The only thing I wasn t aware of was the amount of dirt that fell into the garage. Roofing dirt tends to fall through the cracks in the roof board. He even installed rain deflectors. Great Basin Roofing worked excellent for us."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
