"I had the floors completely redone in my home. We moved in to 3 different hard floors in 3 different colors and 3 different thicknesses and it was all cave like dark. William came to do the estimate and was the only company I requested an estimate from that acknowledged the issues I had with my floors and had useful solutions for my issues. He wanted the project to be right, not easy. It did take almost a week longer than originally anticipated, but that’s kind of how things seem to go in the times of COVID. I interviewed 3 companies for my floors, and 2 did not come even close to the design competence of Masterpiece Flooring. The installation crews were professional and friendly and didn’t mind me being nosy and seeing how everything worked and why. They answered all my questions throughout. There was a little drama with one box of flooring coming in the wrong color, but we caught and corrected that before it was installed so there wasn’t really any issue other than a few hours lost cutting stairs. It was a very minor issue. Overall, I love my new seamless floors!"
