He said first that the electric job is way too much for him but he hooked me up with professionals that are in the process of upgrading my entire electric upstairs of my house and bringing new higher amp electric from the street. He came by to fix some leak at the toilet that he know already what it was from the description and took only a shot time to fix it. He also threw in, while he was here, to fix my sliding door. Well, I wanted to hire him to do that too but he said it's not worth it as it's too old and everything would have to be custom made, but he figured out that it was just fallen off it track and he put it back on -- no extra charge. Let's hope it'll last for a while (it IS really old)"

"Sean and his foreman Chris did a great job of repairing all of the dry rot on my home (approximately 200 linear feet), priming the new lumber, caulking and sparkling all of the work, pressure washing the house, and repainting the house and gates. Sean also replaced my bathroom light fixture, repaired one of our outdoor faucets, removed all of our raingutters, and filled the gutter downspout holes in the sidewalk with concrete. Sean was able to contact a roofer to take up and replace the shingles that needed to be removed to do the repair work as well as a company to replace the gutters. The whole project took about 3 weeks. Thank you Sean and Chris--the house looks great!"

"<p> In the upstairs bathroom, I needed to replace the ceiling with mildew resistant material, then painted with mildrew reistant paint. Installl  2 lighting fixtures replacing one over the vanity, and the one above the toilet .  Walls treated for mildew, then painted again with mildew resistant paint. Install/replace old ceiling fan to a Lighted ceiling fan.<br /> Downstairs:<br />  Basically the same as upstair, the only difference is that that ceiling needed an access door put in as a precaution for future (disasters). And only a new lighted ceiling fan replaceing the old one,  and moved closer to the shower/ toilet if possible.</p> <br /> He did suggest having slats in the lower part of the bathroom door to allow more air circulation in there. <br /> He did text me more than 24 hours later to say he'd been soo busy that he hadn't even had time to creat my estimate. <br /> But, that he'd try and do one as soon as he was able. I told him thanks.  <br /> I hadn't heard from him in four days, so I  decided to text him and ask him how the estimate was coming along <br /> and that we had hoped we would have had one by then, and if he'd email me the figures ASAP. <br /> Less than 12 hours later I got a text from him saying after looking at the figures he wasn't able to give me a bid as <br /> it was over a $1,000 and as a handyman the law said he was not allowed to take jobs over that amount, and suggested I <br /> contact a contractor. <br /> I think if I have any other smaller "jobs" that I need done I would love to give ABC a try.  <br /> <br />"

"This man's contributions to our expansive townhouse renovation are without measure.. The realtor who got to see both the before and after views of his work immediately asked for his contact info. His work spanned over a month and was without exception excellent, allowing us to save enough money to keep on budget while others were indicating projected costs of over twice what our budget allowed.
