Heâ s honest, conscientious, skilled, knowledgeable, and caring. He has an apprentice whom he is very patient in training; and has journeymen who are very skilled.. Heâ s detail-oriented. Heâ s reasonable in pricing. Heâ s hard-working. There are no negatives about him, except that heâ s so good at what he does, that he gets busy. But donâ t let that discourage you from contacting him because he finds a way to help you. Heâ s efficient and neat too (cleans up). "Great-Stuart finished another job early and called to come over before our appointment. He cleared the clogged shower drain and advised that the drain should be cleaned every three years. How happy we were to see the water swirling down the cleared drain. We asked him for an estimate to do other projects and he explained that our building had cpvc which made it difficult, but not impossible, to safety change out the shower handle. He took the time to explain the material and how changing out the shower handle would be impacted with inwall piping etc. Not sure we understood everything but the fact that this young man took the time to patiently educate us with a challenging project was a big plus. Other plumbers may well have taken on the project, run up against an issue when the tiles were removed and then we all would have had a unpleasant surprise to deal with. Looking forward to getting his estimates and seeing if we can send more business his way."

"Isaac was great. He very quickly responded to my Angie's list request for quotes. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, left to get parts and go to another appointment. Came back at the time he said he would. He also did great work. Easily fixed a problem in the shower that other plumbers did not want to deal with. He also came up with a solution for fixing the leaking toilet that was missing the flange (ewwww) that did not involve any excavation- saving me lots of $$$. Is plumbing work expensive- you betcha. However, Isaac is in line with or less than other plumbers in the area. He was worth every penny and I will definitely hire him again."
