TruGreen's initial response, with a more pleasant salesman was simply to give me the same deal I received the year before. That wasn't going to work. They ended up discounting the service further which made things more agreeable so I re upped. My lawn has looked good with TruGreen but I will be looking elsewhere if there are any problems with my service or customer service this year."
