"Illi Hardwood was hired to totally refinish the wood floor in our entryway, our kitchen, and our dining area. They did an absolute fantastic job. Dave gave us an accurate estimate for their services, which was the final bill. They arrived promptly when scheduled and completed the project in the time stated. Illi has the latest equipment for sanding and refinishing wood floors including an excellent dust recovery system. They removed the old finish and stain from the wood floor using a variety of sanders with multiple trips and we ended up with no dust in our house. The sanding was done to perfection with no ridges, cuts or chatter marks in the floor and with the floor exceptional even with no waves. They edged right to the shoe molding and hand scraped the areas the equipment would not reach. They accurately matched the stain we needed and then finished it perfectly. Our floor looks better today than it did when originally installed over 25 years ago. We would use them again in a minute and would highly recommend them."

"Great work! Quick install! They fit me into their schedule last minute. Very nice installer! Would definitely hire again!"

"The outcome ended up wonderful! I got 4 bids for the job and Metro Floors fell in the middle of the quotes and I am thrilled I went with Metro Floors. I am somewhat of a perfectionist and after the new tile in the master bath shower was installed I did not like how one of the stone tiles looked. It was not related to the installation but to the imperfection in the natural stone tile itself. I requested they replace that stone tile with a different piece. They said no problem, tore out the piece in question and replaced it at no additional cost - that is first class customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend Metro Floors and will use them again in the future."

"Install waterproof vinyl flooring and we were very happy. Fast, efficient service and looks very nice."

"Kacey's work is exceptional! For us he did drywall, painting, carpentry, roof repair, flooring, and all was on time, at a great price and professionally done. If you can get him, you will treasure his work."

"Looks great and was quick install! There was a miscommunication between the office and the installers that LVP was also going in, but luckily they were still able to do it at the same time."

"Alex, the owner has the most amazing work ethic. It was quite a large project to replace all the flooring on my main level. Alex is polite and does excellent work.
