"It went superbly! My wife and I went in to get quartz countertops due to the maintenance of granite. However, Tabitha patiently explained their process of sealing the granite for durability, and took us through each of our options in a very logical and detailed way. I was sincerely impressed with her impartiality, and would recommend talking to her about the benefits of each surface. We then were able to pick out our slabs of interest, get estimates and pick out our exact slabs in a matter of three days. The installation was scheduled, and we had new counters in the span of ten days. Points worth mentioning: <br /> 1. They invited us in to choose the layout of the slab with the actual person who would be cutting it. This was an impressive step to insure that we liked what we had chosen, but also gave the cutter the opportunity to advise us on the best layouts for hiding the seams. <br /> 2. Installation day was quick. The gentlemen that installed the stone were exceedingly polite, and almost as excited as we were to see the transformation (Which is breathtaking.) They were also in and out of our mid-size kitchen in a little over three hours. <br /> 3. Tabitha was extremely quick and concise in her follow up. This was a breath of fresh air, and the only shop to do so in our remodel. Usually, I ended up chasing contractor-Not in this case. Very impressive. <br /> 4. Lauren gives exceptional design advice. She helped up pick the backsplash tile work-We would have never come up with something so lovely on our own. <br /> 5. The tile guys were kind, amazingly thorough, and CLEAN. <br /> In short, this was the BEST experience in remodel that we've ever had. Horror stories on other contractors, but I almost wish there was more that we needed from them, as their service was truly exceptional. I would recommend them highly, and have already done so to my neighbors. <br />"

"Anthony Seffernick was our rep from Paul Davis. He was very professional, courteous, and would call to let us know be was on his way. The basement dried out completely. He did remove all the damaged carpet. He did come back for a few days to also check on how dry the walls were. We would hire this company again and request Anthony to do the job."

"Several stores we went to looking for granite would only give us very small samples (or none at all). Granite Creations let us take home several nice sized samples and keep them as long as we needed. Other stores charged by the inch for the edging but with these folks had multiple styles that they did for free. They also included a nice stainless steel sink. They were prompt, professional and very easy to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone. <br />"

"If you're looking for a contractor that stands behind the quality of their work you might want to rethink hiring Dreamscapes Home Improvements. Dreamscapes charged me $800 for a new chimney flashing when they installed my new roof in August of 2015. In October of 2018, the first time I had been in my attic since the installation of my new roof, I noticed that the roof had been leaking for some time on the north side of my chimney as the plywood was heavily stained in the area of the leak. I believe a new roof should remain leak free for longer than 3 years so I called Joel at Dreamscapes. He came out and made a cursory inspection of the chimney, but didn't find an obvious cause of leak. He said he would come back the following Friday with his son to do a more extensive search for the cause of the leak and make a correction to a section of the flashing was that was sagging in the center. Like I said that was in October of 2018, this is August of 2019. I haven't heard from anyone at Dreamscapes since that day and they haven't responded to any of my communications. I believe that I have since found the cause of the leak myself. Things seem to be staying dry at least for now. The problem I found I was where the mason that had previously rebuilt my chimney left a dime sized void that should have been filled with mortar allowing rain to get behind the bricks. I would have been willing to pay Dreamscapes for finding and making that repair since it had nothing to do with the work they had done, but they completely blew me off. The point I'm trying to make is; if you're looking for a contractor who will stand behind his work and make a warrantee repair for you when things go wrong, this isn't the guy you want."

"The quality of the solid and Engineered wood is very high. Compared to previous product I experienced from other suppliers their finish is harder and less chances of being scratched. Each box of the Solid wood always has two 7' long planks. This give you enough long planks to be used in special situation like establishing the reference start line while installing. Mill work is good, so installation went smoothly. The problem I don't like is that they charged me two different shipments because the solid and the Engineered wood comes from different parts in the US."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
