"He did an awesome job! We had a gap in the hardwood floor that kept getting bigger as the years went by, he took the time to figure out what exact type of wood it was and pick the perfect color stain and replaced the wood around the problem area including evening out the subflooring underneath. Excellent communication the whole way through, we couldn't be more pleased with the result!"

"M&D Property Solutions did a great job at installing a Radon mitigation system for us. Braden was awesome to work with! All done in one day and completely satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend!"

"Matt's crew were extremely professional and careful in refinishing our aged wood floors. The floors look new again, and our rooms are so enhanced by the work that was done. We are so impressed that we will have them refinish two other floors that we weren't considering having to redo. Thank you!"

"Fine but got very messy where they took floor down to bare wood. Final coats there were not a 100% match with existing floor."

"We went to their showroom, which has a huge selection of carpets that can be turned into stair runners. Far more than any store I have been to in the Triangle. Once we chose a carpet, we set up an appointment for measuring, and then installation was set up. The quality was outstanding, and the work was done extremely quickly. I know that carpeting curved stairs can be very tricky, especially with aligning patterns. We were quoted two days, but the team finished in just one day -- by skipping lunch and staying late. The price was also excellent. I was amazed at the worksmanship. We had purchased hardwood floors previously from floors to go, with installation, and also had a great experience with that as well. I highly recommend this extremely experienced team."

"Awesome! Great experience with the quote and installation. Will use again if we need flooring."
