Aaron tried to help us with an insurance claim for the reroof (which was ultimately denied, but Aaron tried). For that reroof, Aaron notified us when a price increase on shingles was going to happen the week before we were scheduled to be done, and made sure we got the shingles ordered at the reduced rate before the increase took effect.
