He is a straight shooter. Since the weather was mild, his crew was able to remove the old roof and install the new one in mi-January of 2019. I requested that they also look at a minor gutter problem while the work was ongoing, and Brian had it fixed for no additional charge! "John and his team were excellent throughout both projects. We needed a new roof since it was over 20+ years old and the exterior house paint was over 12 years old and needed a lot of carpentry work. We also wanted a fan installed in our attic. Our chimney also needed trim work done. Our expectations were exceeded. John unlike other contractors at first meeting went up to our roof and inspected what was going on. We found out that we had 3 layers of shingles on our house as well as no flashing. The roof looks fantastic and fan installation went great. The painting of our house was meticulously finished. And to compare to our last painter who took only 1 day to paint an entire house, John’s team took over 3 whole days to complete priming, painting, caulking and carpentry work.
