"This company is amazing. The Sales Person, Michael, was very knowledgeable, professional and we never felt pressured. The install team was unbelievable. The showed up on time, introduced themselves and began working. They installed 22 windows in a 6 hr period of time. They were professional, incredibly polite and my house was actually cleaner when they left than is was before they got there. I would highly recommend this company. "Team was very responsive with communications and always arrived on time. Everything was explained carefully and when surprise problems came up they checked in before doing anything to consult. Roof looks very good and you could tell that the team was working hard and doing it right. Project took 2.5 days. Replaced some of the plywood in the roof that was damaged. Some minor damage to the house occurred (porch light broken) and they fixed before project was done. UHE has good financing options if you need them."

"Downspout from roof over 2nd story roof and connecting gutter came lose in storm and fell off house. Did not call company who installed gutters, as we were not happy with their work. Called Richard of R&R Roofing to see if he could help. Found out that they repair/replace gutters, siding and windows in addition to roof work. [We had R&R replace our roof last year and were 100% satisfied with their work. See Ja. 2019 review.] One of his workers was at our house the next morning to make the repair. "Prior to the replacement we developed a leak in the roof. One of the owners came out, prior to us signing the papers, and put on a temp patch and did not charge us for it. When they came out to give us an estimate, they were the only company we got an estimate from that actually got on top of the roof to look around. They were able to give a more complete estimate because they were able to tell us that plywood would need to be replaced as well. On the day the roof was to be done the crew was here on time, first thing in the morning. One owner was on site the whole time till work was completed. Crew cleaned up all debris after the job was complete. Job was completed in one day and price was within estimate. Company also provides $100 for any referrals for which we did receive a check for. Overall this is an outstanding company and I was very pleased with the work. They also handle vinyl siding and will be using them when we are ready. Great work."

She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking.
