"Very pleased with the work Richard and his crew did. Richard went above and beyond to match the existing shingle and brought over several samples. Richard did an excellent job of explaining all work to be performed and followed through. Everything that he said happened. No unexpected costs and we paid what he quoted us. Highly recommend R&R for roof replacement!"

"Wood Trades did a wonderful job on my front deck and quality work. I love the way John picture framed the steps, nicely done. Must note the intangibles, Wood Trades communicated with me every step of the project. They respected our home and cleaned up each day."

"The B & R team was a pleasure to work with through the whole process, from quote to paying after the job was done. We had heard water dripping onto a ceiling on our second floor during a heavy storm, and called several roofers for quotes. Five different companies came out, two of which wanted to replace the whole roof, and three that said it should just be repaired. During that process, several of the companies mentioned that our chimney needed repointing as well, so we added that to the job. Robert Jr. came out for B & R on a Monday after I had spoken with them on a Friday, and I had detailed quotes in my email that night for the work. They were quick to respond to questions by email, text, and phone. Once I got them the signed contract, they were in touch within the week to get the work scheduled, and had their mason and roofing team on site two weeks after I had gotten them the contract. A day and a half later, I had a beautifully repointed chimney with a cap, rotted wood around the base of the chimney replaced, perfect flashing, and a roof that no longer leaks at all. The team kept me informed throughout the process, letting me know about any issues they encountered and keeping me posted on their timelines. After they were done, they cleaned up the site completely (and even cleaned up the leaves and sticks that were in the driveway from a recent storm). The final price came in just slightly over the original quote because they had to replace more wood than they were originally expecting around the base of the chimney - it took more materials and more time than what was covered under the original estimate, but only cost a little more than the quote. All in all a great process, and I'd highly recommend Robert Jr. and the team at B & R for any roofing or chimney related work that you need."

"Jonathan swiftly responded to my project request. He came the same day and gave me a fair price to perform the repairs and preventative work. He gave me a date and time he would do the work. And totally unlike other contractors he showed up early and not hours or days late. The work he performed has since held up through two rain events so that is a testament to the quality of his work. He will get first shot at doing my whole roof when the time comes."

"Dave Farone at Cedar Valley was extremely professional in helping my family with wind and hail damage to my roof. Dave came out and inspected our roof and took the time needed to explain what needed to be repaired or replaced. In the end we had Cedar Valley install a new roof on our home and the end product was amazing. Hats off to the team at Cedar Valley and thank you for the professionalism that you displayed. This is an amazing group of people that I will recommend to others in the future for home repairs."

"The replacement went well. There was a problem with some roof cap's finish, but certainties covered it on warranty. Roofer's Edge did the work."

"David and his crew are total professionals. We had vinyl siding replaced due to the age. What a great job, and fast! He is polite, courteous, and on time. His work is exceptional! David checked in often to monitor the work being done. The price was more than reasonable. I’ll hire his company again in a heartbeat!!!"

"Barn Rescue – My barn was hit by a vehicle, which broke a large post and pushed section of siding out from under the roofline, plus major damage at ground level. Brad shored it up for the winter with an array of jacks and an enormous chain to ensure the thing wouldn’t fall down till they could return in the spring. Come spring, they fully replaced the damaged section’s support members and facade, and added bracing to the attic, rendering it stronger than before. Foundation support: The sagging beams and jerry-rigged support columns in the dirt basement of our 18th century house were inadequate. They dug and poured a dozen footings and lally columns, supporting a line of new 6x6 and 9x9 beams that provide solid support to the house above. They showed up promptly every day, worked fast, and left the site clean and finished. Both Brad and Chad have a deep knowledge about old houses and the techniques that were used, and I felt my historic register property was in good hands."

"Repair was in a difficult location, it took a while to figure out how to get to it but once they did it went well and looks good,"
