They worked on the hottest days in the summer and I even had to almost chase one of them home because it was too hot to work. My husband and I wanted some electrical pulled to install lights and they did it without a blink of an eye. Still they finished ahead of their projected time line. The craftsmanship is stellar. We had a slight issue after the completion of the job and they came out to fix everything while we were on vacation. The most impressive thing we noticed was Mike was there almost daily to supervise, roll up his sleeves and help his crew. He must put hundreds of miles on his vehicle to make sure all his crews are doing as they were instructed. And the relationships are extremely cohesive. We plan on using him again for some other projects we have planned for next year. He keeps his word on the warranties and we trust him. <br />"

"It took them over a month to get started and then they would just show up randomly. The only reason we used them is because of the price but I guess you really do get what you pay for. Boards are popping up all over the deck. The stairs are unstable to the point that we rarely use them. I have stain all over my brick and windows that is extremely had to remove. I am having to completely repaint my back door. Overall we had a horrible experience and would not use again or recommend them to anyone."

"Joe Frazier and his crew of four arrived promptly, received instructions, and worked diligently for over eight hours, pressure cleaning the vinyl siding and brick exterior of my house, large deck, and fences that had not been pressure cleaned since being built beside large oaks in 1991. Their work was meticulous and they were very considerate. They moved many flower pots, racks, all movable outdoor furniture, and the grill to clean the entire floor of the deck, replacing everything when their work was completed. The concrete looked freshly-poured, without stains. The siding and fences looked new. I don't know comparable prices for similar challenging jobs, but what I paid (about $31 per person per hour) was certainly less than the cost of a new paint job. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. In the future, I'll call Mr. Frazier annually for inexpensive touch-up pressure washing to prevent the pollen and mold from taking over again."
