"We are new to the area and had an issue with the hot water heater in our new home. Not knowing who to call we selected Expert Mechanical based on the number of 5 star reviews. I'm forever grateful that we selected this company. Seth was extremely professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Due to the age of our hot water heater and the existing boiler, we decided to upgrade to a tankless system with on-demand hot water and more efficient furnace. Seth and his team did a stellar job, were prompt, neat and tidy. A definite thumbs up for exceptional customer service, honesty and reliability. We cannot sing his praises high enough. If we could give more than 5 stars we would!"

"I used D. Rhode Heating, Plumbing and AC for two projects. First was an installation of a new air conditioning and heat pump unit. From beginning to end everyone we dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Dan was very helpful thoroughly explaining our options and giving us a fair estimate. The office staff were always friendly and helpful when we called them. Jeff, Dwayne and crew did a great job in the removal and installation of the new unit. They were very respectful and cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. The second project was the installation of a new well tank. Jamie was very professional and knowledgeable and also did a great job with the installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend D. Rhode."

"When something breaks that you have no experience with, you're doing more than just looking for someone that will fix it. You're putting your faith into someone to do the job and at the same time not take you for a ride for all you're worth. Mark was that professional for us when our water heater went. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and his rates were very reasonable compared to others. It was a pretty extensive job. Mark ended up installing a combination water heater and boiler unit to replace the broken system and our ancient boiler. He left our basement better than when he started. We definitely recommend him and will be returning to him for future projects."

"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

"1 & Done Plumbing has done an excellent job in finding and fixing the water leak(which a couple of other plumbers couldn't find)from the shower stall. Anthony and Andrew(the father and son duo) are honest and dedicated workers. I do not hesitate in seeking help from them again."

"Looking for Kevan. Any clues? Been calling and texting for over 6 months."
