"they said they were going to show up Monday at 9am, after a brief delay not due to them they were here shortly after. he looked at the door and said it wasn't a problem. he proceeded to the store at which he called and stated that he could just get the hinges instead of the whole door and hardware. of course I agreed resulting in saving money. once he returned the door was fixed in a short amount of time. very polite and professional. would definitely use Edgyver again if I have any more handyman projects. thank you to them for doing a great job."

"I requested an estimate to replace an opener for one door and add a sliding lock to the second. Ben B, the technician, diagnosed the problem and prescribed a much cheaper option to repair my opener. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out. Very detailed estimate by Scott Turley (I had to sit through a 1.5 hour "class", after which I new more about roofing than I ever wanted to know).  The roof was measured by satellite and then again in person by Frank. They listened to my concerns and requests; arrived earlier than estimated. All permits were obtained. All inspections were passed without delay. A large crew arrived and the work was done in a clean, professional manner under Ron's supervision, without any interruption of our office practice. Everything was cleaned up at the end of every day; no nails were left, no significant damage was done to the vegetation or to our alarm/sprinkler system. Pictures were made of the hurricane straps and roof repairs in progress. Every time I climbed on the ladder the progress was explained in detail. The crew helped me save left over material which I intend to use for my hobbies.
We now have a beautiful copper metallic roof and finally a fancy medical office in Naples. The extra insulation should keep us more comfortable. Above all; we feel more safe.
Good contractors are very hard to find in Florida. (See my other reviews). Therefore, I am still in shock after this exceptional experience and would hire them again in a heart beat!

"Lenny came to our home at the time he said he would to look at the work we were interested in having him do. He was very timely in getting the quote and work agreement to us by email.  I might add here that his pricing was very fair.   An agreed upon time was established for the job to be done.  Lenny came at the time agreed prepared to go to work.  When you are hiring someone to do interior painting it is done with fear and trepidation because they are coming into your home and quite honestly it could prove to be a disaster.  However, this was not the case with Lenny.  He was very professional, neat, clean and respectful in all of his actions.  There was great concern on his part to be sure he was meeting our expectations. It became apparent to him near the end of the painting of the stairwell that the walls were just soaking the paint up which meant he had to make a decision.  Try to stretch what he had on hand or go and get more.  He made the RIGHT decision and purchased more paint which meant that the end product was lovely.  The color of the bathroom and accent walls was exactly what I was looking for.  Should we need to have additional painting done, it will not be a hard decision to make as we know WHO to call now.  We will also be referring Lenny to friends and family."
