"EXCELLANT!!! On our way out for dinner for Valentine's day at 5 pm and no water pressure so called Gainesville Pump hoping I would catch someone before they left for the day and my call was answered with the wonderful response that someone would be out to evaluate the issue. Dillon showed up within the hour and quickly evaluated the problem and even in the dark was pulling the well pump and replacing the pipe and pump so we wouldn't be without water, he was extremely knowledgeable and even kept our 1 yr old energetic puppy happy while he resolved the water problem. They were very thorough and very cleaning. From foot booties to masks to protecting my floors from there machines. When they finished they took time to explain what happened what they did and educated me on preventative maintenance...very easy to talk to down to earth and Patient. "Jeff and Ashley are wonderful to work with, I originally found Ashleys water from home advisor. Jeff was quick and fast with his response to my request for service. I had a pinhole leak in my pressure tank and Jeff was able to replace it same day. After completing the Install, we went to turn the power back on, and the above ground well pump didn't come on. After knowledgeable inspection, Jeff determined the pump needed to be replaced. He was able to come back the very next morning and get the job done. All these problems were caused by the chlorination system causing corrosion on the metal components in my well hut. Jeff then recommended that we get away from the chlorination system and go with an airdraw oxidation system to treat our Iron. It has no maintenance other than occasionally resetting the time. Ashleys water had very fair prices and didn't use any pushy sales tactics, Jeff was very honest and knowledgeable. I even went back a few months later and had a water softener system put in. Overall a great experience with Ashleys water."

"He evaluated the existing well and pump and determined what was needed to get it into service. I wanted a larger pressure tank than he had on hand and he immediately phoned in an order to his supplier and the tank was delivered to his business address the next day. That same day he returned and completed the installation of a new control box, pressure switch, the pressure tank and the plumbing pipe to connect everything up. Everything was done very professionally and performed great. On his first visit, he also adjusted the pressure switch and pressure tank air pressure on my primary well for me. <br />"

"A/C went out Sunday night. Called first thing Monday and had a service man, Frank, arrive that afternoon. A/C was still under parts warranty but not labor. Frank diagnosed and replaced the part in about 30 minutes. Once replaced, Frank stood by to check on the A/C function. A/C hadn't been properly serviced in a long time. Frank signed me up for a service call for later in the week. Frank was friendly and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. Paid about $142 for call out and pre-paid $193 for the unit service call. A/C Service Man, Trae-von, arrived on time as scheduled. He called ahead when he was about 15 minutes out which was nice, so i could get my dogs secured. He explained what he was going to do and worked for about an hour checking and cleaning out my compressor and air handler. Very professional and polite."
